California/Vegas Week; Day 1

Today we left Maryland at 6:30 a.m and headed to California! I was so proud of myself because I handled my anxiety really well. However, as we went over the Rockies we hit a lot of turbulence and I almost threw up. I had to grab the barf bag a couple of times. Luckily, I did not. And I handled the rest of the flight really well. We got really lucky because we were running late, but somehow Tina got us through Priority security and we made it!

We rented a limo to take us from LAX to Anaheim. It was pretty much amazing. A nice relaxing drive for me after the flight.




We checked into our hotel early (11 am Pacific time) and ordered a pizza, took a nap, and awaited Jeff's arrival. Once he got here, we went and stood in line for our badges and loot bag. I must say, the line was wrapped around the building and we got through it in an hour and a half. Pretty incredible. Also, the loot bag is AWESOME! Especially if you are a gamer. They even give you a quest to complete during the weekend. I thought that was really cool!
