Adding on to my post about waiting until you are married to have sex. I feel like I have come up with the perfect way to describe how to explain it to younger people.
"The beauty of sinning is that it feels so good. That is why we are tempted to sin. That is why we can ignore and practically not feel the guilt when we sin. That is why having sex is so commonly overdone. It feels good, so good you don't feel guilty having it, and therefore, you ignore the fact that you are sinning against God."
I have been discussing these thoughts with my fiance, seeing as how the time is drawing near where my sister is reaching puberty and I will need to start answering questions for her that, as a big sister, I can't quite say I know how to answer. But, as a big sister, I should be able to answer them. She will be asking questions about her body and boys, and I want to be able to give her advice she can use and understand not just the same crap I was given.
My fiance is a big brother, and though he is sometimes not the best big brother in the world, he has been through the question and answer sections in life and has passed some of his knowledge to me.
My fiance is the best thing that has ever happened to me. He gets me. And trust me. I am not easy to get. He takes my scattered emotional rants and forms them into something knowledgeable that makes complete sense.
I can write, I am a great writer, however, when it comes to speaking, I tend to jumble everything to crap. To finally have met someone who understands my jumbled speeches, is refreshing. I love him.

A couple days ago, I answered a popular deviant's question about virginity and how surprised he was to find out that so many people in their 20s were still virgins, and for honorable reasons such as abstinence until marriage. I completely agree with the idea of Courting, and I'm sad that it's kind of a lost art. I mean, hell, you know the shit I've been through because I've jumped into things before. I'm glad to have learned my lesson about how important sex is when it is between two people who love each other and want to spend the rest of their lives together. I look forward to finding my someone, hopefully through Courtship. =D
And, goodness...I cannot believe that your sister's almost at that age. WHERE DOES THE TIME GO?!
